RE: SW08-01 Denton Tap Infill
Utilities punch List
On March 9, 2011 the City Utilities Department issued a punch list for the water services. The
following items need to be addressed:
1)At all relocated water meters, sawcut curb either WD (Domestic) or WI (Irrigation)& paint
blue.
2)Valve in sidewalk south of Dairy Queen
a.Needs to be painted blue.
i.Contractor shall be required to perform this task.
3)Parks meter at Dairy Queen
a.expose all fittings
i.Contractor shall be required to perform this task.
b.Need pipe for curb stop.
i.Curb stop is inoperable from above ground. Contractor needed to use cheater
bar on wrench to turn. Thus a pipe for curb stop is not useable.
4)794 S. Denton Tap
a.expose all fittings on both meter boxes
i.Contractor shall be required to perform this task.
b.Raise meter box on the right side facing street.
i.Contractor shall be required to perform this task.
5)Food mart – (Texaco?)
a.expose all fittings
i.Contractor shall be required to perform this task.
b.bigger meter box 1” meter
i.Box is same as existing, no additional work.
6)Ins/ Church
a.expose fittings
i.Contractor shall be required to perform this task.
7)580 S. Denton Tap
a.Irrigation move over more, sitting on side of meter
i.Contractor shall be required to perform this task.
b.Dom – remove screen or bigger box.
i.Contractor replaced box due to deterioration with same size meter can as
existing. At this time, the box size will remain but if it needs to be centered,
the contractor shall move the box.
c.Expose all fittings
i.Contractor shall be required to perform this task.
8)Coppell vet hospital.
a.Expose all fittings
i.Contractor shall be required to perform this task.
9)Coppell Gardens
a.expose fittings
i.Contractor shall be required to perform this task.
