George,
I spoke with Roger today regarding the location of the sidewalk easement. The west edge of the easement is
located 19 feet from the back of curb and parallels Denton Tap. I told him it would be alright to just clear the
area from the curb to 19 feet behind the curb. Once he has it cleared, we will stake the alignment of the walk for
him.
Do you see any problem with this?
