Mr. Kadleck,
I have copied Roger with 3D Paving, our contractor for the Denton Tap Sidewalk project. As I understand, Mr.
McCallum has sent via regular mail the signed easement documents to my office. Once received we will record
the sidewalk easement with the county. At which point we will be able to begin the sidewalk across this tract of
land. Per our previous discussions, I wanted to get you in contact with our contractor so that you will be able to
provide appropriate construction stakes for the sidewalk.
