Dear Mr. Doyle:
At the request of Dan Do~dey I a~ writin~ this letter to request,
behalf of the Parks of Cop~ell Joint Venture II, that
its contract for Denton Tap construction to add the ~struction of a
left-hand turn lane at the Mills fane intersection which I understand
to be a~proximately station 178+1~. This would be a le~t-hand turn
lane for south bound traffic. The Parks of co~ii Joint Venture
~iil reimburse the City for the cost of this construction.
Prior to~ finalizing the city's ~miitment for this left-hand turn
lane, please advise m~ of the cost of this construction and the basis
on which payment is required. Please call if you have any questions.
