Greg,
We found a valve on the Double check was not turned on all the way. I went inside to Pharmacy Plus and saw
the low water pressure then after a few min, the pressure went back up. There is signs of dirt in the screen on
the faucet and the toilet is not filling up properly so there might be some dirt in that line as well. I will have the
contractor go through the building and make sure everything is operating properly.

I'll look into this. The only thing I can think of is maybe the valve on the meter is partially closed. Otherwise
there was nothing we did that would reduce their pressure. As far as final clean up, no my contractor is not
complete.

Hi George:
Hope all is well.
I saw one of my tenants yesterday (Pharmacy Plus) and he told me his water pressure had been lower ever
since the meters were moved for the sidewalk last month.
Could you please forward this concern to whoever is managing the project?
Also, could you tell me if they are finished?
