RE: Yard Access for Tree and Debris Removal
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Patterson:
Grapevine Creek runs through Hunterwood Park, which backs up to your property. The
City of Coppell has hired Tree Systems, Inc. to remove trees that have fallen into the
creeks within Coppell. We would like permission to utilize your side yard for access to
the creek to remove some fallen trees and other debris. The contractor would like to get
started on Monday, November 7 and would be completed by end of day on Tuesday,
November 8.
Tree Systems, Inc. will make every effort to avoid damaging any of your landscaping. If
anything is damaged, they will be responsible for repairing or replacing it. You may
