Please find attached for your use revised shop drawings for the project indicated in the subject line. The
drawings are assumed to be approved as submitted. I did not show a section thru the half-round footing required
at one post based on the assumption that the contractor will understand what is required at that post.
George: I am instructing the shop to begin production unless you notify me of any additional concerns.

Please find attached a proposed plan view of what we had discussed earlier. It is possible to plan this as we
discussed if the contractor is able to make the half shape footing. The point that I selected is where the back of

the 3” pipe top rail intersects the back of the sidewalk on a bearing towards the rail anchored in the soil footing. It
also correspond to where a half footing would exactly need to fall so the anchors would be equally spaced from
the construction joint.
