Mr. Holmes,
We can work with you on this. There are several factors involved and we need a little more information from you
prior to calculating value. Can you provide me with your purchase price of the land. Are you purchasing the
entire parcel or just the residential? I will need documentation to back up your value. Otherwise we can just use
the Dallas County Appraisal District value.
Before we get too far down the road I would like to correct the actual ROW dedication amount. The plat
describes the dedicated ROW of 13,099 sf. The 14,742 sf is the area of the sidewalk easement.

George, we need to discuss the value for the 10’ row that is being requested of us. The land requested is
14742sf. I have to pay for this land and I think it is only fair that the city pay also and offset the though fare fees
that I am expected to pay. I think this is double dipping. Please call me to discuss.
