Lynn,
The sidewalk will be 5' adjacent to Denton Tap & Bethel School. Within the residential area it can be just 4'. I
believe this was a previous comment on the Red Hawk Plans.

Is the walk to be four or five feet wide? Our plan shows a four foot walk.

I need an easement covering the entire length of the property. I have attached pages 8 & 9 of the plans that
show the sidewalk across the future commercial properties but we are also adding the sidewalk along lot 1x.

Do you need the sidewalk easement along Common Area 1X (the open space) only or also along
the commercial lot 28 as shown on the plat?
