George,
This email is written in response to our telephone conversations and at your
request.
This email is your authorization from and approval by Mr. Kenneth Eason, the
property owner, to proceed with the planned reconstruction of the driveway
in two phases, one-half of the driveway at a time. It is our understanding
that one half of the drive will be open for public access all the time
during the reconstruction. We also ask that the contactor proceed as quickly
as possible for each phase once they start so the total time of disruption
will be kept at a minimum.
