Dear Mr. Doyle:
In accordance with your letters dated November 14, 1988 and
December 29, 1988, ABQ Development Corporation requests and agrees
to the following items regarding the Northern Median Opening in
Denton Tap Road.
1) ABQ Development Corporation agrees to pay for the
Engineering, Testing, Inspection, and Construction of the
Northern Median Opening in Denton Tap Road. Attached is an
estimate of this cost ($10,747.66).
2) ABQ Development Corporation agrees to deposit the funds
with the City of Coppell within five (5) business days after
City Council approval of a change order.
