Roger,
This is in regards to the fill dirt placed on the property south of "Grow It". We have your letter from the property
owner giving permission for you to place fill dirt on the property. There are several things we need...
1) Silt fence around the grading area and for you to abide by all necessary SWPP requirements.
2) A site grading permit be filled out for our records. (Plans are not necessary)
3) No fill dirt to be placed in the floodplain.
4) No tree removal.
5) Maintain existing drainage patterns. I.e. Drain to east.
