No, not really, but I thought we decided on Pre-bid 8-26-10 @ 2 pm and Opening 9-2-10 @ 2 pm. We can
always change it if need be. I just need the bid docs for sure by Friday, and if you want the ad to say anything
specific - sometimes Engineering does different ads as opposed to the generic ad.

Ok, that all sounds pretty good. Something to consider, usually if we do the pre-bid on a Tuesday then we
open the bid on a Tuesday, it just makes is simpler for people to remember. Likewise for Thursdays, and usually
construction bids are on Thursday's. However, none of that is set in stone. We can do it however you want. Just
let me know.
Q-0810-01 will be the bid number.

We are finishing up the plans and specs on the Denton Tap Sidewalk Infill project. We are looking to bring the
item before Council on September 14th.
The dates for advertisement would be August 13th & 20th.
Prebid on August 24th at 2:00 pm
open bids on Thursday or Friday September 2nd or 3rd.
What do you think? What would our Bid # be?
