I just got off the phone with Liz Davis and she understood about the tax and mowing. She said that she was ok
with the amount and that we would be writing the check to her and that we would need her to execute the
letter and fill out a W-9 form.
I also touched base with Bill Gaddy and discussed it with him as well.
