Davis Credit Shelter Trust and 1/2 as Elizabeth Kaye Davis
Hunnicutt. I have done some research and found that the
ownership is as follows: 1/2 Elizabeth Kaye Davis Hunnicutt,
2/8 William David Gaddy, 2/8 Edward Eugene Gaddy. (note
that both William and Edward Gaddy received 1/8 in two
documents) I have included the supporting information as well.
The instrument numbers are in the filename.
Should the Exhibit B be changed to note the correct
ownership? I have revised the sidewalk easement text to show
the correct ownership.
