Mr. Brittan,
Please see the attached image. I don't believe a 4.72' wide easement will fit a 5' sidewalk. I can't say why exactly this was done this way but I would not doubt it was on our end.
How
much is left in the PO for surveying? have you billed us for everything?
It looks like a 6' wide easement will fit.

It appears that we need to create a new easement document for the last 43.5 feet that is 4.72 wide, do you agree? If so,
we will get it done and send it to you. I am not sure how this evolved the way it did, but will find out next week when
Krystian returns from vacation. In the mean time, if you agree with the easement location and size we will create an
easement document that will cover this remaining area at no charge to the city.

While you are looking at the 881 S. Denton Tap could you also look into the 500 S. Denton Tap, MK Wolfe
Enterprises, Inc. This easement is already signed and recorded however it does not include all of the necessary
easement. See north of driveway adjacent to the US postal service.
