Contractors working for the Red Hawk project at Denton Tap & Bethel School Rd. intend to perform a water
system tie-in that will necessitate shutting down some City water lines at 11:00 p.m. on Saturday,
November 12th. Businesses will be affected from the area of First Baptist Church on the east side of Denton
Tap north to Bethel School, and on the west side of Denton Tap from Stich Orthodontics north to Ace
Hardware. It is possible that some homes in the area may also be affected, so this message is going out to
departments that might be called by citizens reporting an outage. Door hangers will be distributed throughout
the area prior to the turn-off so advance preparations can be made.
