Dear Michael:
We have revised the attached construction drawings per your comments letter dated November 1,
2011. All comments have been addressed. Per our conversation regarding the Grading Plan
Comment Item #7, we have indicated a future storm drain inlet and line to pick up storm water
from the north as that property develops. In the meantime, runoff from the north will pass
through our property at this location and drain south as it currently does.
