Construction Plan Review Comments — 3 Submittal
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has no further comments.
The City of Coppell requires three sets of final construction plans for its use; your office should
submit as many additional sets for stamping as is necessary for construction operations. All
contractors and subcontractors onsite must have a copy of the plans approved by the City of Coppell
along with a copy of the City's standard construction details.
All fees must be paid prior to release of this project for construction. The City charges a 4% fee for all
installations in the public right -of -way or easement for facilities to be maintained by the City. This
includes dirt work, paving, storm drains, water lines, sewer lines, drainage pipes, etc.
A check for inspection fees made to the City of Coppell should be submitted to this office along with
the Construction Development Permit Application and a copy of the Construction Site Notice. For
your convenience, a spreadsheet is attached to the permit application for use in calculating the
inspection fees (Page 3). A copy of the contract(s) should be attached for verification purposes. Once
all fees & permit application have been approved, a preconstruction meeting will be scheduled.
