This letter serves to transmit the Year 4 Annual Report for the Texas Pollutant Discharge Elimination System
(I'PDES) Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) General Permit, Authorization Number
TXR0400375 for the City of Coppell and TXR 04 0053 for the Northwest Dallas County Flood Control District.
A separate Notice of Change (NOC) has been submitted based on the fact that changes have been proposed for
Year 5.
As required by the general permit, a copy of this submittal has also been mailed to the TCEQ's office in Austin,
Texas.
