Mr. Marshall,
Can you give me a little time to get my arms around the information
you have given me? Once I have read all of these documents, we will
revised the document to the correct ownership and their respective
signature blocks. This is really a strange, but not totally unusual
occurrence. How in the world did you come to discover all of this? Did
the attempt to get the document signed trigger the ownership search?
We are always glad to accommodate these changes because the deed
research is not always exact, and portions of ownership are often difficult
to find. Let me know and we will fix it for you.

Davis Credit Shelter Trust and 1/2 as Elizabeth Kaye Davis
Hunnicutt. I have done some research and found that the
ownership is as follows: 1/2 Elizabeth Kaye Davis Hunnicutt,
2/8 William David Gaddy, 2/8 Edward Eugene Gaddy. (note
that both William and Edward Gaddy received 1/8 in two
documents) I have included the supporting information as well.
The instrument numbers are in the filename.
Should the Exhibit B be changed to note the correct ownership?
I have revised the sidewalk easement text to show the correct
ownership.
