Ken,
I received an email from Greg Yancy today with an update on their progress. He wants me to get FNI’s fee
proposal put together for the city’s area in the center of the square. The concept plan shows some items, but it
doesn’t sound like the details of what the city wants has been really flushed out. I’ve been telling Greg that I need
to get our folks together with you and Brad Reed to discuss the scope of work before I can put together a fee
proposal. Greg indicated today that I should go ahead and get that meeting set up with you. Does anyone else
from the city need to be involved in this initial scoping meeting? Let me know your thoughts so that I can proceed
with getting a meeting set up.
