Attached is an exhibit showing the ROW based on the notes provided by Greg. We have all of the streets and
lots drawn out in a cad file that Ken or Keith may want to review. There were some locations where the notes
might have been back of curb dimensions and we assumed face of curb, so there may need to be some
adjusting. We assumed they were face of curb unless noted otherwise. Take a look and let me know if you need
the cad file or an exhibit that shows the streets, parking, lots, etc. Also, if you need certain areas calculated, we
can easily pull that information as well.
I will be out of the office next week, so it would be great if you could let me know today or tomorrow if more
information is needed.
