We have a couple of questions concerning the Carter-Crowley property.
1) We have dirt from Coppell Road (about 10-15,000 cy) that could be spoiled on the property. The
latest estimate is there needs to be 50,000 cy of fill for the Carter-Crowley property. We would need to
hire someone to provide silt fence and NOI submittal ($3-5000 +/-).
2) There are some discrepancies in the exhibits prepared by Freese & Nichols, Greg Yancy and the
city. I thought F&N was going to perform on the ground surveying to tie all the pieces together.
However, it appears that they used Greg's exhibit and just showed it with the South Coppell Road
proposed improvements. I have a call into F&N to get additional information. If they weren't paid to
perform an on the ground survey, we may need to consider paying for one to ensure all the pieces fit
together before we continue with land acquisition and sell of property.
