I just got off the phone with Greg Yancey. He thinks it would be a good idea for some of us to meet with
Bill Peck to start working on the design for the pavilion. He said Bill has put together a few ideas, but now
we need to meet with him to make some decisions. Would you like for me to set up a meeting with Bill?
Also, I'm not sure if you are aware of this or not, but apparently Jay Korrehmi (?) sent a letter to Ken with
a list of demands he wants met before he will turn over the right-of-way for Bethel Rd. Greg is afraid that
Jay will eventually become a stumbling block for this project and wants to make sure Council is aware so
we don't start dealing with this in December when we are hopefully ready to sign the paperwork. Have
you seen the letter? Is this something we need to bring up to Council?
