Old Coppell
Ken,
I was thinking today about Old Coppell when it occured to me that Freise & Nichols could do a budget
take-off from the work they and Carter-Burgess have done and provide us the estimates of what the
imrpovements will cost if we 1. Just do the public improvements, or 2. Do the public improvements as part
of a larger masterplanned development. Does this make sense and how much would it cost us to have
that done? Don't worry about over the weekend. I just wanted to send the email while it was on my mind.
