Hassan property
FYI.
I was approached by Mr. Hassan at the farmers market this morning. He wanted to discuss the letter he
got this week about his land. I advised him that I was not involved in the eminent domain proceedings
involving his property.
I suggested to him that he review the property owner's bill of rights and seek the advice of an attorney if
he wishes to dispute the necessity of the roadway.

Re: Mr. Hassan
I think we should send him a letter that says all negotiations go thru our attorney. Just my 2 cents.

Mr. Hassan just left our office. He was wanting plans on the extension of Coppell Road and the
development of the "Carter-Crowley" property. I told him that there was not a design of the road or the
property. He said he had seen a plan previously. I told him he could make an open records request. (He
has already done that and no records were provided to him.) I told him that he needed to have his
attorney contact our attorney since this was in litigation. He said there was no litigation, that he was
trying to negotiate. I'm not sure of the status, but I thought we had started the process to condemn the
property.
If I need to do something different let me know.
