Ken/Mindi,
Meant to include this earlier with the cost estimate. The estimated additional fee will be approximately $31,500 to
design the remainder of the Old Town Coppell Infrastructure Improvements. Once you guys have had a chance to sit
down and verify the responsibilities of the City and the developer, we can sit down and discuss which route you guys
would like to take.
