RESPONSIBILITY FOR PRE - CONSTRUCTION
MEETING NOTIFICATION
The owner / owner's representative will be notified of the date, time and place of
the pre construction meeting once it is scheduled by the Construction Inspector
assigned to the project.
It is the owner /owner representative's responsibility to notify the following
parties:
• Franchise Utilities (including but not limited to electric, gas, cable, &
telephone providers)
• Geotechnical firm
• Project Engineer
• Contractors or subcontractors for excavation, utility, & paving operations
• SWPPP representative
