There is actually 62 feet width from Coppell Road south for 268.57 feet. The exhibit looks strange because the parking adjacent to the Deli is on the Deli property. At Coppell Road, there is 44 feet plus the 18 feet on the Deli property for a total of 62 feet. When you get south of the Deli all the parking is on city property hence the 62 feet of ROW. I've attached an exhibit to help explain this. Again, there will be parking on both sides from Coppell Road south a distance of 268.57 feet. Ken Griffin, P. E. I think it's what they want. The east parking spaces denoted as .0339 acre looks correct, but I don't see the other east spaces to the south addressed on the new ROW plan. Also, the street would be 24' + 18' deep space on the west side + 10' ROW = 52' if we're constructing this like everything else in the project. Seems like the 44' ROW shown would fall short? Wouldn't the radius shown on the aerial require us to adjust the ROW accordingly, too? I think the City engineer was trying to allow a 10' sideyard from the adjacent (east) property + the 18' deep typical spaces. Please advise. Thanks, Gregory K.
