Re: Farmers Market
Amanda and I met with Dallas County this morning. In the next 2 weeks they will come out and install an
additional inlet near the storage shed on the southwest side of the existing pad. The cost of this is
approximately $3,000. They will use money they have remaining from the paving work they did not do
adjacent to the Hassan property. This work should not disrupt market activity.
They gave me a cost proposal of $17,000 to expand the vendor pad approximately 150 feet to the south.
They could get to this in August, and it would take 3 weeks to complete.
We did not give them any direction on the pad expansion.

Amanda has been conversing with Mr. Timmerman. She received a complaint this weekend as the site
was wet after the Saturday morning rains.

I have a meeting scheduled for tomorrow morning with Dallas County. They are going to give me an
estimate to do some additional drainage work and expand the size of the vendor pad.

I think keith and glenn have had recent discussions on drainage.
Keith/Glenn respond and let know if I'm right.

Has Bob Timmerman contacted anyone in either of your shops regarding work that needs to be done at
the Market, specifically drainage related.
