Ken – Have you ever thought about submitting the Yancy/Cotton (not sure if you are calling it Main Street or Old
Town) development project for a NCTCOG grant under the sustainable development program? I just did a quick
look at it, but it seems like we might be able to make it competitive. It would be easier if it was near a DART rail
station, etc. The grants are an 80/20 match on infrastructure costs. Let me know if you think it is worth looking
in to.
