Ken,
Greg Yancey is coming in to discuss the parking issues with Clay and Gary tomorrow at 1:30 p.m. He
also said some of the things he has outstanding is the landscaping on S. Coppell Rd. (I already told him
that we discussed the landscaping and explained the issue about the utilities, but he still wants to discuss
it, I guess) and the R.O.W. issue west of the Deli. Would you like to sit in on the meeting? If you want to
come, we can cover those items at the very beginning so that way you don't have to stick around to
discuss parking variances.
