Asbury Manor issues
Please see the email below regarding Asbury Manor. Have we made any progress regarding the transfer
of ownership of the drainage improvements and with the Mansions regarding their participation in opening
the downstream drainage and replacement of required landscaping that has died? Thanks.

Asbury Manor issues
Clay -
I hope this message finds you and your's doing well.
I sent you a message about six weeks back to see if there had been any progress on (a) the transfer of ownership on the drainage
easement structure south of Westminster Way or (b) getting The Mansions to do their part on the dredging of the drainage easement
north of Westminster Way. Our Board of Directors will be meeting again this Saturday and will ask for an update. I hate to just keep
telling them that there has been no progress on either matter. The stagnant water in the easement is a constant concern from
families that live adjacent/near the easement with its current function as a mosquito breeding ground. The concerns for our
neighbors living on either side of the drainage structure south of Westminster Way are still there, but, obviously, not as great now
that we are out of storm season for a few months.
I know that the "wheels of government" often?turn slowly, Clay, but both of these issues have been on the table with the City of
Coppell going on two years now. Other than assurances, we really haven't seen anything accomplished on this matter. I trust that
you are doing what you can, but am not certain this is as high a priority with others there at the city.
If you would, please, update me before the end of the week. I would like to report out to the Board so that they can help pass the
message on to other families. We will also be having our neighborhood gathering on August 4th for National Night out and I will
need to provide an update then to the greater community.
Any help you can give us on these two issues will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
