Just a thought about this.
W&M Environmental told me the affected groundwater is 14 feet below grade,
so I doubt there's any likelihood it would be a concern to extend utilities
up Main Street from Bethel. If there's a conflict out there, it may be the
westernmost test well which looked to me like it would interfere with the
new paving.
