Ken,
I spoke with Perri a little while ago on the monitoring well location. She said that Mr. Clark's firm is being
paid to monitor the plume and select the monitoring well location, and that I should coordinate with him on
the location. Judging from the aerial photo, the parcel the Senior Center sits on is entirely paved. The
well would likely have to be drilled in a parking stall or vehicular way. I'm not sure this is a decision we
would want to leave to the consultant.

Hi Scott,
For some reason this email is a little confusing to me. Are you wanting me to meet you on the site?

Hi Perri,
Below is an email thread from Frank Clark to me and Ken Griffin concerning an additional monitoring well
across from the old service station on Bethel rd. Mr. Clark's map shows the well location on the barber
shop property. Would you be able to meet me at the site this week to select a suitable location?
Yes. We don't want a drill site on the barber shop.

Mr. Clark mentions 2 parcels, but there is only one parcel there that belongs to the City. The attached
map shows the well being drilled on the barber shop location. Should I check with Perri for a desired
location?
Thanks,

Ken-
You may recall that W&M Environmental is working with Perri Kittles on the gasoline contamination issue
at the Former Coppell Auto Center. Last fall Scott helped us layout a well location near the water tank, on
City-owned land. We need to install another well across the street from the property, near the NEC of W.
Bethel and S Coppell Road. We understand that the City owns two parcels on that area, and we would
like to place the well on one of them (see attached sketch from DCAD).
Can you have someone roughly mark the corners of the smaller parcel, and let us know if there are any
City-owned utilities in that area? Is there anything else you need from us in order for us to proceed with
the drilling?
Thanks in advance for your assistance. We are planning on drilling latter part of next week.
