I have made contact with the Mansions and I am setting up a meeting to meet with their property manager and
their landscape contractor to discuss their options regarding the drainage channel.

Mario,
Keith and I met with the property manager and the landscape contractor for The Mansions. They are agreeable
on improving their portion of the drainage channel by re-grading it. They are going to wait until June to do the
work in order to complete the work properly without fighting the rainy season. They are willing to provide a
cost estimate to the Asbury Manors to complete their portion of the drainage channel for them so it can all be
done at one time.
