Attached are clean and red line of the CCR to forward to Crater Crowley group. Please note that the
Economic developer Agreement calls for the developer to prepare and execute while the purchase option
provides for both the city and the developer to execute. The attached drafts do not provide for the city to
execute. This discrepancy needs to be worked out. The deal has changed since the parties last
discussed. If the property the subject of the CCR will not include city property such as the Town Square
Improvements as of the date of closing then the city will not execute the CCR. Please forward to the
Carter Crowley group. We are working on the PD.
