We have finalized versions of all the draft documents for everyone to review. The only blank we have
pertains to the garden/patio homes. There is a requirement for a certain number of townhomes to be built
in Phase 1, but we do not have the number of garden/patio homes that will be built in Phase 1 if that is
the product that is chosen. I think that is the only blank we need to fill in.
