Can you look at this and let me know if the R.O.W. is correct or not? If what is attached is incorrect, then
I will cancel our 10:00 a.m. meeting tomorrow until it is corrected. If it isn't correct, can we ask Trish in
our 4:00 meeting tomorrow to do what Greg is asking for?

Hi Mindi:
Bill Peck and I realized today that the R.O.W. plan we used did not include
the change made at the street west of Coppell Deli.
I believe our cottage 3, 4 and 5 lots are not as shown on the Peck plan
since the R.O.W. was changed by the City? The Peck lot lines indicate the
old R.O.W. plan we have.
Do we need F&N to prepare the new one to reflect the changes to the street
and parking area? Then Bill can adjust our lots accordingly.
