In the current arrangement, the City is suppose to contribute $25,000 to the cost of the entry feature for the project, and Greg and Charles are suppose to build a landscape screen across the south side of the property (on Burns street) to screen the development from the existing warehouse. Since Greg and Charles are no longer buying the property on the south side, he feels like it is now the City's responsibility to build that landscape screen along Burns Street because the property will most likely never be in his ownership. Greg is offering to allow the City to keep its $25,000 for the entry feature so that it can be applied towards the landscape screen along Burns Street. He did say that he estimated the landscape screen to cost $40,000. Greg wants Jeff Fink to make this change in the documents if we are agreeable to this change. Are we agreeable to this change?
