3?
I'm glad to leave this as-is, but it's probable now that the street will
need parking at Cottage 2&4 on Crockett if Bethel parking is going away.

Updated version attached.
(There are some spots that we simply don't know how they are, for example

location of that Western road; how Houston, Travis and alleys join it.
Another gray area is West Bethel Road between entry feature and cottage 3.
We've shown parking there, F&N has nothing.)
Anyway, please review the plan and let us know is it ok. Then we'll send
that to city. Thanks!
