I do have a few drafting items, but nothing major. They wanted us to take a quick look before they submitted them. Please let me know if you have any comments other than these and I'll tack them on. Preliminary Plat Comments: 1. Rename Blocks 1 -9 to Blocks A -I and adjust the title block accordingly. 2. Remove the city and utility signature blocks. 3. Show the area of the right -of -way to be dedicated along the south side of Coppell Road. 4. Replace "Burnett" with "Burnet ". 5. Include a street name for the connector between Burnet and Main Street, and as you know we don't think Main Street is an appropriate street name... Final Plat Comments: 1. Label the square footage of the rights -of -way to be dedicated along Coppell Road South and along Bethel Road. 2. Retitle plat "Final Plat of Lot 1, Block F, Main Street, Burnet Street, Houston Street, West Main Street, East Main Street, Travis Street and unnamed street of the Old Town Addition. 3. Revise City Secretary's signature block to accurately reflect the property being final platted (indicated above) and correct misspellings. 4. Rename "Block 6" to "Lot 1, Block F. 5. Include street name for the connector between Burnet and Main Street.
