RE: Coppell Main Street Site Plan
Brad,
What happened to getting the attorneys' together? I don't think it would
take them long to work out some wording as long as both sides are
reasonable.
All my advisors say that this leaves us to open. The contract went from
a slant toward us to a landslide toward the city.
Please let me know if this is still in the works.
Thanks,
Bill

Bill,
I am less than comfortable knowing that this work is proceeding when
there is no contract between Peck Architects and the city. If we are
unable to come to agreement on the language of the proposal, all parties
involved could be placed in a real bind. Will you accept removing
Article 8.1.1 from the most recent draft? Please let me know. Thanks.
Brad

Bill,
Its that time again. Submittal week. Are you available on Wednesday
morning to attend a submittal meeting?
What we will need:
Please bring 12 copies of the Conceptual PD for the entire Tract and 12
copies of the Site Plan and Elevations for the Detail PD for the Farmers
Market/Pavilion (Lot 1, Block F, Old Town Addition). I will make copies
of the PD documents here to include with the package. As I understand
it, you and your landscape architect are the ones preparing the detail

landscape plan for the pavilion site? This is typically required with a
Detail PD; however, we can work through this with you and hopefully have
one complete prior to P&Z. I know F&N is preparing the overall
landscape/streetscape plan, and we are meeting with them this week to
discuss.
Please let me know what time you are available on Wednesday morning or
sooner to accept your portion of the submittal. We already have the
Preliminary Plat and Final Plat submitted by F%Ns.
Thanks,
Matt
