Just FYI, Keith told me to tell Clay that he might receive a phone call from Jean Murph about the timing of
the project. So, I told Clay to be prepared because Jean was upset according to Keith, and I told him that
part of the meeting today with Freese & Nichols was to discuss timing. I told him that it is going to be a
very complicated coordination of what needs to be closed when, etc. but that you all were working on that
but proceeding with the notion that the infrastructure on Carter Crowley needed to happen before Bethel
Rd. He asked if that was a problem, and I said that he would be better off discussing all of that with you
because you understand all the moving parts and how things need to happen. So, Clay might come talk
to you about all of this in the next few days.
