Hi Keith:
We are trying to determine if Verizon and Time Warner plan to reimburse us for the cost of their part of the joint
trench.
Does the City have a franchise utility agreement requiring Time Warner Cable in the yard?
If we are not required by the City to install their conduit, we may ask them to pay for all or some portion of the
conduit.
If they decline, we may request a change order to delete this item.
