RESPONSIBILITY FOR PRE - CONSTRUCTION
MEETING NOTIFICATION
The owner / owner's representative will be notified of the date, time and place of
the pre- construction meeting once it is scheduled by the Construction Inspector
assigned to the project.
It is the owner / owner representative's responsibility to notify the following
parties:
• Franchise Utilities (including but not limited to electric, gas, cable, &
telephone providers)
• Geotechnical firm
• Project Engineer
• Contractors or subcontractors for excavation, utility, & paving operations
• SWPPP representative
