Dear Mr. Snyder:
~The purpose of this letter is to acknowledge receipt of your
letter of December 5, 1988 regarding the Dallas 30" water line
which is apparently in conflict with storm sewer lateral D-22. I
have attached a copy of a letter we have sent to Dallas Water
Utilities explaining the situation as we understand it and
requesting a meeting to explore solutions. Until the matter of
the conflict is resolved L. H. Lacy Company is advised to
consider modifying their construction sequence for the project to
allow time to work out a solution to the conflict before working
in the immediate area of concern.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter and will keep you
informed of progress with Dallas Water Utilities. Please call me
