I talked to Frank after our meeting yesterday, and this is what he sent me. As you can see, it looks like only
one of your buildings is impacted by the plume. There is a second building that has a very small corner
impacted, but I don't believe we will have to do anything with that.
I mentioned your concerns about building a permanent structure on a foundation over a gravel bed with pvc
venting. Frank believes it is feasible to build with these conditions,, and he says it has been done numerous
times. We would like to start the conversation about this because we think there are several options to deal
with this,, but most importantly, we believe the lot is still useable.
Would you be willing to come in and meet with us to discuss the options? If so, what days are best for you next
week?
