Greg,
Just a followup on our conversation. Both Freese & Nichols and I are prepared to meet to discuss your
concerns with the construction plans for the Old Town project. My direction based on your meeting with Clay
yesterday was to set up a meeting with you and Glenn Engineering to discuss project grades.
Based on our conversation this morning you've indicated that you do not believe that meeting is necessary.
Should this change, please advise as to your availability, and we will schedule a meeting as needed.
Freese has been advised to make the electronic copies of their drawings available to you for your use in
completing the detailed design for your individual lots. Please contact Trish Hatley to make arrangements for
the necessary file transfer. Please understand that these files do not represent as-built conditions, and that
they may change during the construction of this project.
I believe we also addressed the concerns surrounding the engineering costs associated with the project to date.
I will advise Mindi and Clay what we discussed, and that conversation can continue at a later date.
Don't hesitate to contact me if I can be of further assistance.

Keith -
I wanted you to know that I just got asked to attend a meeting from 3 to 5pm today for my work at DFW
Airport so i won't be quite as available as i had planned today.
I was thinking about our conversation yesterday and it would really be helpful if Greg and his engineer
would propose whatever changes they want for us to consider. I don't want to appear uncooperative and
i want to support you on this project but i'm afraid that this meeting will be a waste of our time - time that
we don't have budget for. it would be much more efficient for them to propose a change and let us review
it. same procedure if the contractor wanted to change something. i know your hands are somewhat tied,
but maybe you can point them in this direction?
Trish
